Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing and using Clauhub, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and access

Access to the portal is granted by invitation from the contracting organization. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted use

The portal is used exclusively to:

• Register and maintain your record as a supplier.
• Upload the requested tax, legal and banking documents.
• Check your validation status and communicate with the organization.

Use for any other purpose is prohibited, as is any attempt to access third-party records, bypass security controls or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. Uploading forged documents or false information may result in the closure of your record and, where applicable, in complaints before the corresponding authorities.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design and trademarks are the property of the operating organization and/or Clauhub. The documents you upload are and remain yours; you grant us only the minimum license necessary to store, process and present them to the contracting organization.

6. Availability and support

We operate on high-availability cloud infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform planned maintenance, which we will notify with reasonable advance notice. Support is offered through the channels shown in your portal during business hours.

7. Limitation of liability

The portal is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law (willful misconduct, gross negligence, consumer rights).

8. Termination

The contracting organization may close your access to the portal when the commercial relationship ends. We will retain your record for the minimum legal periods described in the Privacy Policy and then proceed with its secure deletion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance when possible. Continued use of the portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the domicile of the contracting organization, unless applicable law provides another jurisdiction.
